Road Warriors, Racers Win Third-Straight Road Contest

Murray State women's basketball was once again dominant on the road in a 91-66 win over St.Louis
Murray State women's basketball picked up their third-straight road victory with a 91-66 win over St. Louis on Tuesday night in St. Louis, Missouri. Katelyn Young led the Racers with 25 points and fellow senior Ava Learn had 15 points and 17 rebounds. Sophomore duo Haven Ford and Halli Poock combined for 33 points and eight assists while Trinity White and Briley Pena added six points each.
After trailing by six at the half, the Racers outscored the Billikens by 31 points in the second half and scoring 55 of their 96 points after the break. MSU knocked down 12 three point attempts and shot 46 percent from behind the line.
Murray State has won their last three games by a combined 77 points with all three victories being on the road and have scored 87 or more points in each of the three games.
