Murray State cross country returns to Angel Mounds for the MVC Championship in two weeks

The Murray State men's cross country team brought home a 14th place finish at the Angel Mounds Invitational in Evansville.

MSU's Dylan Ellis led the Racers with a spot in 75^th place in the 8K distance.

"We had some good races with Nick Schmitz and Tedros Henderson running lifetime PRs," said Coach Jordan Johnston. "I am a little disappointed in the overall team's performance, but we will use this experience as valuable insight for The Valley Championship at Angel Mounds. I know what they're each capable of and I see it in practice. My hope is we have put in the work for everything to come together when it matters most in two weeks."
