Griffith Runner-Up as Racers Finish Inside Top Four

Murray State women's golf landed a top four finish at The Velvet Classic
Murray State women's golf finished their second tournament of the fall season with a fourth place finish at The Velvet Classic at Country Club of Paduch. Chloe Griffith led the Racers with a second place finish and shooting three-over par.Â
As a team the Racers carded 297+301+299=897 for the tournament.Â
Ella Scherer, Elin Tynan, and Patti Patterson all joined Griffith inside the top 25Â with Kylah Lunsford also finishing inside the top 30.
The Racers will be back in action at the Kalispell Invitational on September 21-22 in Spokane, Washington.
