Thomas brings 10 years of experience coaching at the collegiate level, most recently serving as the offensive line coach at his alma mater, the University of North Alabama, in 2025...Spent 2021-24 at Southern Mississippi, first as an offensive quality control coach before being promoted to Assistant Offensive Line Coach...Spent 2019-20 seasons at Tulane as an Offensive Line Graduate Assistant working with OL Coach Cody Kennedy, Offensive Coordinator Will Hall, and Head Coach Willie Fritz...Spent the 2017-18 season as a Graduate Assistant at North Alabama, working with Offensive Line & Tight Ends...Before coaching at the collegiate level, Thomas was the Offensive Line and Tight Ends coach at Mars Hill Bible School in Florence, Alabama, during the 2016 season.
