Coach Sullivan is in his third season with the Racers as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the Football Program in 2026...2026 will be his 16th season coaching at the collegeiate Level.

Before MSU
Coach Sullivan came to the Racers from UNC Charlotte, where he was the Assistant Director of Football Strength and Conditioning under Coach Lewis Carella...Prior to UNC Charlotte, he was assistant strength coach for the football program at Georgia Tech and the Head Strength Coach for the Men’s Cheerleading team...Before making the transition to Strength and Conditioning full time, he had 11 seasons coaching football as a coordinator and position coach at various universities...At Clark-Atlanta, he was the Special Teams coordinator and Defensive Line coach...During his time, Sullivan coached two all-conference players as well as the top punt coverage unit and Top kickoff coverage Unit...Previous to Clark Atlanta, coached outside linebackers at South Alabama, Linebackers at the University of Wyoming, and worked with the Defensive Staff at his alma mater, the University of Oregon...Coach Sullivan has won two conference championships (Pac 10 and Pac 12) and been a part of four Bowl Teams, including the National Championship, Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, and Arizona Bowl.

Born in San Jose, Calif., Coach Sullivan is a proud son of the hardest-working waitress to ever live, Donna Sullivan...He lives in Murray with His Wife Gillian and their dog, Rhea the Terrible...Coach Sullivan earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon in 2013 and a master's in
Leadership from South Alabama in 2017...Coach Sullivan is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
