The Murray State Women's Basketball Team makes a conference-play stop at Evansville, Sunday.

The Racers are coming off their 10th-consecutive win over Indiana State. MSU edged the Sycamores, 75-63 to earn their fourth conference-play win.

This will be the 43rd meeting between the Racers and the Purple Aces. Murray State leads the series 26-16 and has won the last two meetings.

Their previous meeting was in the first-round of the Hoops in the Heartland where the Racers won it 88-46.

Notes

Murray State is on a ten-game winning streak and are coming off a 75-63 win over Indiana State. They have only lost to Power Five opponents this season.
MSU enters the game with the second highest scoring offense in the nation with 92.5 points per game. They are just behind LSU's 93.8 point-per-game average.
The Racers lead the nation in bench points with 41.7 points per game.
Briley Pena was named MVC Player of the Week earlier this week after leading the Racers through last week with 16.5 points per game.
Katelyn Young is second in the MVC in points per game with 18.5.
Young posted her fifth double-double with 25 points and 12 rebounds at Indiana State and was named MVC Player of the Night.
Ava Learn is the most efficient shooter in the league with a .583 field goal percentage while averaging 12.3 points per game.
Rechelle Turner enters her seventh season after guiding the Racers through their inaugural MVC season.

Scouting Evansville

Evansville is 2-13 through the season and is coming off a 40-84 loss to Belmont, Jan. 12. They have picked up wins over Chicago State (103-102) and Lindenwood (70-68).
The Aces are led by Kynidi Mason Striverson in points with 14.6 per game.
On the board, Barbora Tomancova leads the Aces with 8.2 rebounds per game.

What a Racer Win Means?

The Races will will take their 11th straight win and improve to a 12-2 record. They will be tie the all-time longest winning streak in program history in the 2008-09 season where the Racers, led by Rob Cross, win the Ohio Valley Conference Championship.
Murray State will remain the winningest team in the MVC with a 5-0 conference record.
