Vogel, Miller Recieve All-MVC Honors

Ella Vogel was named first team All-MVC and Dahlia Miller was named to the second team.
The Murray State Racers saw two players named to the 2024 All-Missouri Valley Conference teams. Graduate libero Dahlia Miller made the second team while junior outside hitter Ella Vogel made the first team. Â
ÂBoth players are making their first appearance on the All-Missouri Valley Conference teams.
ÂVogel has been one of the leading hitters in the MVC all season, sitting third in the conference with an average of 3.87 kills per set and a total of 410 on the year. The Cape Girardeau, Mo. native also leads the team in blocks with 63 on the season and adds 250 digs. Vogel set a season and career high with 26 kills in the Racers' season opener against Jackson State on August 30. Â
ÂMiller is among the most productive liberos in the nation as her 5.42 per set is third-best in the MVC and fourth in the nation. The Pearland, Texas native has 580 digs on the season and recently became just the fourth Murray State player of all time to reach 2000 career digs. She is second on the team in assists with 111 on the season and tied her career high with nine against Belmont on November 19.Â
