The Racers earn multiple All-MVC selections for the 11th-straight season.
Mary Hardy, Sydney Etter and Breece Bass have been named to an All-Missouri Valley Conference team, the league office announced Wednesday morning. Hardy received First Team All-MVC honors, while Etter and Bass both were named to the All-MVC Third Team. Bass was also named to the Missouri Valley's All-Freshman team.
This marks the 11th-straight year that multiple Racers have been named to an All-Conference team.
Hardy, a junior from Ballwin, Missouri, was named First Team All-MVC for the second-straight year and has been named to an All-Conference team in all three years she has played at Murray State. In 2022, she was named to the All-Freshman team.
Hardy ended the year with seven goals, which is currently tied for the third-most in The Valley and is just one shy of tying her season best that was set in 2023. She led the Racers in goals, points, shots, shots on target and was the only player on the team with multiple game-winners.
A junior from Mascoutah, Illinois, Etter earned All-Conference recognitions for the first time since 2022, when she was named to The Valley's All-Freshman team. She tied her season best with four goals this season and tied her season high in assists with two.
She also took the most shots she has ever taken in a single season as well as placing the most shots on target. She put 16 of her 33 shots on frame for a new season-high .485 shots on goal percentage.
Bass, a freshman from Indianapolis, Indiana, is the first player since Chloe Barnthouse in 2020 to be named to the All-Freshman team as well as an All-Conference team. The forward ended the season with three goals and two assists, two of her goals coming early in the season in a road match against SEMO.
She currently holds the third-most shots taken in the conference and is tied with Hardy for the seventh-most shots on target.
