Nuccio, Vogel Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

The seniors were recognized for their performance on the court and in the classroom.
Murray State volleyball seniors Federico Nuccio and Ella Vogel were named to the CSC Academic All-District team, as announced by the CSC office on Tuesday.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Vogel hails from Cape Girardeau, Mo., and features a 3.66 GPA as a biology major. One of the top offensive threats in the Missouri Valley Conference, she totaled 322 kills, added 106 digs, and 49 blocks.Â
Nuccio was a versatile presence on the court all season for the Racers, seeing a resurgence during her senior season. She tallied 162 kills along with a team-high 26 aces and 166 digs. The Frossasco, Italy, native features a 3.86 GPA and is majoring in business administration.
