Racers Battle Braves on Thursday

Murray State women's basketball travels to Bradley on Thursday at 6 p.m.in Peoria, Illinois. The Racers are 4-0 all-time against the Braves.

Katelyn Young was named a semifinalist for the Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year award and leads the MVC in scoring this season with 21 points while also averaging 6.5 rebounds.

Four Racers all average 14 points or more per contest in Halli Poock, Haven Ford, Ava Learn, and Young. The Racers enter the contest at 16-7 on the season and are coming off of a win over Northern Iowa on Saturday.

Scouting Report

Bradley enters the game at 10-15 on the season, defeating Indiana State 56-54 in their last time out. Soliel Barnes leads the Braves with 15.2 points per game and 4.5 rebounds
