Racers Earn AVCA Academic Award

Murray State One of Ten MVC Programs Awarded
Murray State Volleyball was one of ten Missouri Valley Conference programs to receive the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award sponsored by INTENT, the organization announced Monday.
"Once again, I am so proud of this group of exceptional young ladies," said head coach David Schwepker. "Because they are such self-motivated individuals, I don't have to say or do anything. They just get it done! I definitely know they will be successful in all they want to do!"
To qualify, programs must have achieved a minimum team cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.30 (on a 4.00 scale) during the entirety of the 2024-25 academic year.
