Hardy and Bass earn Preseason All-MVC Honors

Senior Mary Hardy and Sophomore Breece Bass received Missouri Valley preseason nods ahead of the 2025 regular season opener. Hardy was named to the First Team and Bass was an honorable mention.

Hardy is coming off a stellar 2024 season where she led the Racers in goals, shots on goal, points, and game-winning goals. Her seven goals were tied for fourth most goals of any individual in the MVC last season. Hardy has earned an All-MVC First Team honor in both the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Bass, coming off a 2024 season where she earned MVC Newcomer Team and All-MVC Third Team nods, scored three goals in her freshman season, including one game-winner.

The Racers open their 2025 regular season Thursday, Aug. 14 vs. Troy at Cutchin Field.
