Megan Wilson Awarded MVC Defensive Player of the Week

After a strong performance through two games, Megan Wilson earned the first MVC Defensive Player of the Week award of the 2025 season.
Wilson netted her first goal of the season in the season-opener against Troy, putting the finishing touch on a 2-0 victory over the Trojans.
In the Racers second matchup of the week, Wilson played fierce defense all 90 minutes, helping lead the Racers defense to limiting their opponents to just eight shots on goal.
Wilson and the Racers head south to Nashville to take on Lipscomb in their first road game of the season.
