Griselda Revolorio Awared MVC Goalkeeper of the Week

MURRAY, Ky. – For the second consecutive week to begin the season, a Racer has earned an MVC weekly award, with Griselda Revolorio winning Goalkeeper of the Week on Aug. 26.
Revolorio had multiple highlight-reel saves in matches against Lipscomb and Tennessee Tech and recorded her second shutout of the season against Tennessee Tech. This is her fifth time winning MVC Goalkeeper of the Week in her career.
Her performances have helped the Racers stay competitive in each match so far, facing strong non-conference opponents.
Now in her junior year, the Washington, Indiana, native has recorded 11 career shutouts and is closing in on 150 career saves, sitting at 138 after last week.
Revolorio and the Racers now turn their attention to a road test against Big East preseason No. 2 Xavier in Cincinnati on Thursday.
