Howell Awarded MVC Freshman of the Week

Murray, Ky. – After contributing to the Racers' offensive explosion against Southeast Missouri, Addison Howell earned the title of MVC Freshman of the Week today.
Howell took seven shots, four of those on goal, and scored one goal. Her goal set the tone for the Racers in the second half, keeping the foot on the gas and securing a comfortable win at home to close out non-conference play.
Thursday's goal was her second of the season, placing her tied for first in goals for the Racers to this point in the 2025 campaign.
Howell and the Racers head to Bloomington, Ill. this Thursday to kick off MVC play, as they look to continue their momentum into the back half of the season.
