Planned-giving society will allow investors the opportunity to shape future of Racer Athletics
Murray State Athletics has announced the formation of the Racers Legacy Society, a way for investors to make a lasting impact on the future of MSU student-athletes for years to come by including Racer Athletics in their will, trust, charitable gift annuity or any planned gift.
Â
Those who participate could receive tax benefits as part of future investments and receive other exclusive benefits as members of this special organization.
Â
"Murray State University means so much to so many, and this is an incredible opportunity for alumni, investors, and fans to leave a lasting mark on our athletic department," Murray State University President Dr. Ron Patterson said. "We are grateful for the unwavering support of our student-athletes as we continue to position our programs to sustain success into the future."
Â
Member benefits include priority points from realized planned gift, invitations to select special athletic department events and access to the athletics annual report.
Â
"We are incredibly fortunate to have so many loyal investors whose passion for Murray State Athletics allows us to compete for and win championships on a yearly basis," Director of Athletics Nico Yantko said. "This special society will allow Racer Nation to cement their legacy while position our sport program and future student-athletes for success as we further advance our shared vision for excellence."
