The Murray State track and field team wrapped up their regular season, Saturday, as the competed on day two of the Memphis Invitational.
"The momentum that the athletes created yesterday showed today," said head coach Adam Kiesler. "I was extremely proud of the 100m competitors highlighted by Tamdra Lawrence who ran a top-20 time in the east region. Destiny Carey has been close to a few big throws and this weekend she really broke through. 14.54m is a very good throw and we are looking for even more now. Every one of these kids has been put in 39 weeks' worth of work and we look forward to seeing the finished product."
