
Wooldridge Breaks Season-Best Time At Bradley Pink Classic

Kaydee Wooldridge finished Friday’s race with the sixth-fastest 6K time in program history.
The Murray State women's cross country team competed in the 6K White and Red Races at the Bradley Pink Classic in Peoria, Illinois on Friday.
Kaydee Wooldridge led the Racers in the Red Race, finishing 62nd out of 249 athletes with a time of 22:14.4. That marks the sixth-best time in MSU women's cross country program history.
Ruth Kimutai ended Friday's Red Race with a time of 22:35.90, breaking her season-best time by just under four seconds. Breanna Day bested her own season-best by nearly 20 seconds with a time of 23:11.00.
Jocelyn Host also beat out her season-best time by just under 45 seconds, finishing Friday's race with a time of 23:20.70. Allison Wood rounded out the top five for Murray State with a time of 23:28.70, with a near 10-second difference of her previous-season best of 23:37.8.
Hallie Mosier led the Racers in the White Race, finishing 75th out of 181 athletes and besting her previous-best in the 6K by just over 10 seconds with a time of 24:49.70. Hope Ware finished 83rd with a time of 25:03.80.
Ainsley Smith crossed the finish line shortly after in 87th with a time of 25:08.40, beating out her best time this season by nearly 30 seconds. Joy Alexander rounded out the Racers in the White Race in 25:40.50.
The Racers will now look ahead to the MVC Championships in Nashville, Tennessee on Friday, October 27.
