
Racers Fall to Braves in Sweep

Murray State lost to Bradley 3-0.
The Murray State Racers (14-11, 9-7 MVC) lost to the Bradley Braves (14-14, 9-7 MVC) 3-0 in Murray, Ky. on Friday night.
ÂBradley took the first two sets 25-21 before closing the match with a 25-17 win in the third. The Braves outperformed the Racers in assists 39-32, aces 11-2, and kills 46-34, however, the Racers out-blocked the Braves 9-7. Â
ÂElla Vogel led the Racers in kills with 13, Bailey DeMier had 25 assists, and Dahlia Miller had 21 digs. Morgan McClure led all players with 5 blocks. Â
ÂIva Popovic led the Braves with 14 kills, Maria Drapp had 21 assists, and Irene Mostradini had 17 digs. Â
ÂThe Racers are back in action on Saturday, November 16 at 5 p.m. CT at Racer Arena against the Illinois State Redbirds. Â
