On the Racer Report Podcast, we take a look back and detail how the Murray State Racers got the job done to win their first Missouri Valley Conference women's basketball championship with three wins at the Ford center in Evansville. Coach Rechelle Turner has high praise for her team, and the Voice of the Racers, Jeremy Rose, has his final call of the championship win over the Belmont Bruins. MSU Hall of Famer Jackie Mounts is very proud of her team. Plus a review of the week in Murray State Athletics including the official announcement of Murray State's 18th head men's basketball coach and the coming chance to meet him, Ryan Miller.

The amazing 25-26 basketball season for the two teams of the Murray State Racers just keeps building momentum as the men's and women's teams have amassed a 32-5 record heading into the third week of January. Dave Winder visits with coaches Ryan Miller and Rechelle Turner and also players Fred King and Keslyn Secrist as both teams head north this week for big games in Iowa.

The amazing 2025-26 season continues last week for the Murray State men's and women's teams as they each won a pair of games to push their combined win total to 29 and a winning streak of 23. Coaches Ryan Miller and Rechelle Turner join Dave Winder to break it all down and look ahead to coming week. MSU women's team sophomore Jada Cook also stops by for a visit.
