2011: Made eight appearances, all out of the bullpen...went 0-1 and struck out four over 4.2 innings...made his collegiate debut against Arkansas State...allowed an unearned run, and struck out two, over two innings against North Dakota State...had back-to-back scoreless outings against Georgia State and Jacksonville State.
BEFORE MSU: Played two seasons for head coach Mitch Hannahs at Lincoln Trail Junior College...went 5-3 with a 3.89 ERA in 11 appearances as a sophomore...struckout 35 in 53 innings...recorded 10 strikeouts without allowing an earned run in 18 innings as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Henderson County High School...helped head coach Nathan Isenberg and the Colonels to back-to-back district championships...earned Second Region Player of the Year honors as a senior after going 8-1 with a 2.10 ERA and 69 strikeouts over 60.2 innings...also garnered all-district, all-region and honorable mention all-state accolades as a senior...four-year letterwinner for the three-time district championship football team.
