- In 2023-24, saw action in 27 rounds and posted a scoring average of 73.27, tops on the team.
- Carded 13 rounds par of better with six rounds in the 60s.
- Had a season-low 67 on three occasions: Derek Donlenc Intercollegiate, The Buddy and the Iowa Intercollegiate.
- Posted four finishes of five finishes of 15th or better.
- Placed sixth at the MVC Championship on scores of 72-73-69=214 and sixth at the Buddy Championship on rounds of 69-74-67=210.
2022-23
- Saw action in 11 events with a scoring average of 73.7 in 33 rounds, ranked 13th in the MVC.
- Won won the Hoosier Collegiate (70-72-69=211), for a 1-shot win over Indiana's Thomas Hursey who had scores of 71-72-69=212.
- Nimmo’s victory was his first collegiate win.
- His win was MSU's second all-time winner of an event hosted by a Power-5 conference team and first since 1974 when Bruce Douglass (69-66-72=207) at the LSU Invitational in Baton Rouge.
- Was runner-up at UTM’s Grover Page Classic (74-66-68=208).
- His low round of 65 at the Ernie Denham Classic (10th place finish) was the second lowest round in the MVC, just behind the 64 by Valparaiso’s Caleb VanArragon.
Before MSU
- Joined the Racers after transfer from Mississippi State.
- First collegiate season (2021-22) at Mississippi State, appeared in six events with a scoring average of 74.0 in 18 rounds.
- Collegiate debut was at Pebble Beach in the Carmel Cup - placed 36th (73-71-77=221).
- Placed 33rd at the Fighting Irish Classic (68-74-73=215).
- Won three of four matches for the Bulldogs at the SEC Match Play.
- Prep star at Marshall County High School where he was a two-time Kentucky State Tournament champion in 2019 and 2020.
- Kentucky Junior Player of the Year in 2020.
- Two-time All-America and ranked 38th nationally in American Junior Golf Association (AJGA).
- Ranked 16th in the 2021 class by Rolex Polo.
