Tee Time: Racers Visit The Peach State To Play Rivermont

The Racers compete in a field of 15 teams at the Georgia State Invitational

The Murray State women's golf team takes on the challenge of another outstanding field of teams Monday at the Georgia State Invitational at Rivermont Golf Club in Johns Creek, Ga.

The event calls for 36 holes of play Monday with the final 18 being played Tuesday morning at Rivermont.

The Racers are in the field along with fellow Missouri Valley Conference member Bradley.

MSU has Utah Tech and Lehigh as playing partners for Monday's 36 holes.

Payton Carter placed 19^th here a year ago and Eliza Mae Kho had a 23^rd place showing as the Racers finished ninth as a team.

After this week's event in the Peach State, the Racers host their own Jan Weaver Invitational (April 6-7) at Miller Memorial, before taking on the MVC Championship (April 14-16) in Waterloo, Illinois at Annbriar Golf Course (April 14-16).
