Murray State closes its non-conference slate Thursday with a 3 p.m. matchup against Southeast Missouri at Cutchin Field.
Murray State has found their offensive rhythm over its last three matches, recording 20 or more shots in each contest. It is the first time the Racers have reached that mark in three straight games since Sept. 22–Oct. 24, 2019, when they fired at least 20 shots in four consecutive matches.
Thursday's match marks the 30th meeting between the two programs, with Murray State holding a narrow 15-13-1 edge in the all-time series. The last time they met, Murray State left Cape Girardeau with a 2-1 victory, highlighted by a multi-goal performance from Breece Bass.
SEMO comes to Murray on a five-game scoring drought and has allowed at least two goals in each of its last four matches, surrendering an average of three goals per game this season.
The Racers will look to close out non-conference play with a win and carry momentum into Missouri Valley Conference matches with a winning record.
Murray State and Southeast Missouri will kick off at 3 p.m. at Cutchin Field. The match will be streamed on ESPN+.
