Murray, Ky. – The Murray State Racers travel to Martin, Tenn., in search of their first road win of the 2025 campaign.
Fresh off an electrifying 3-2 victory over previously unbeaten Marshall, their first come-from-behind win of the season, the Racers look to ride that momentum into Missouri Valley Conference play.
In their last outing, Murray State's attack came alive, with goals from Lia Manuel, Sydney Etter and the game-winner from Breece Bass. The Racers and UT Martin share a storied rivalry, with Thursday's clash marking the 29th time the two sides have met. Murray State has dominated the all-time series, holding an 18-6-4 record over the Skyhawks.
UT Martin will be playing their fifth home match of the season when they host the Racers tomorrow, as they search for their first win of the 2025 season.
The Skyhawks have faced offensive struggles this season, having only netted one goal through five matches so far. Despite a slow offensive start, their defense has consistently kept them within striking distance, only allowing three goals this season.
