You won't find another Murray State student-athlete who plays with more energy and enthusiasm. A Chicago native, Fernandez is the reigning OVC Volleyball Defensive Player of the Year and has high hopes of leading the Racers to another OVC championship. Warren (Football) Izzy Heckman (Soccer), Rachel Giustino (Volleyball), Dalton Bagwell (Men's Golf) and Ana Garcia Picchi, OVC Women's Golfer of the Month.

The amazing 25-26 basketball season for the two teams of the Murray State Racers just keeps building momentum as the men's and women's teams have amassed a 32-5 record heading into the third week of January. Dave Winder visits with coaches Ryan Miller and Rechelle Turner and also players Fred King and Keslyn Secrist as both teams head north this week for big games in Iowa.

The amazing 2025-26 season continues last week for the Murray State men's and women's teams as they each won a pair of games to push their combined win total to 29 and a winning streak of 23. Coaches Ryan Miller and Rechelle Turner join Dave Winder to break it all down and look ahead to coming week. MSU women's team sophomore Jada Cook also stops by for a visit.
