
Several Racers Improve Their Times at Commodore Classic

The Murray State women's cross country team traveled to Nashville to run in the Commodore Classic, Saturday morning.
In a field of 186 runners among 19 teams, senior Rebekah Priddy was once again the top finisher for the Racers as she placed 102nd overall.
Freshman Emma Creviston improved her time from two weeks ago by nearly 30 seconds to finish second for MSU, while Hilary McAdam improved by more than 40 seconds to finish third. Senior Ida Mutai and freshman Dani Wright also improved as they finished fourth and fifth.
Ohio State took the team title in a field featuring teams from the Big Ten, SEC, and ACC.
The Racers are back in action, September 29, when they will run in the Greater Louisville Classic.
