Racers Gear Up for Last Regular Season Matches in Iowa

Murray State Tennis heads for Iowa to finish the 2025 regular season with matches at Northern Iowa and Drake on Friday and Saturday.

Last weekend, the Racers secured two wins over Belmont and Missouri State to clinch at least one of the top-2 seeds in the coming Missouri Valley Conference Championship in Valparaiso (April 25-27).

With 16-straight match wins in Valley play dating back to last season when they won the MVC title, the Racers are 13-6 overall and 6-0 in the league this spring.

The Racers have won the last two meetings against UNI (7-0) and (5-2) and lead the all-time series 2-1.

Against Drake, the Racers have split a pair of matches against the Bulldogs as they head into the Sunday noon match.
